The Bible Matters Podcast: Amy Wicks, “Why Women’s Ministry Builds the Whole Church” (5 February, 2026)
In this podcast, Amy Wicks shares aspects of her own ministry journey in the UK and the goodness of complementarianism. She advocates a focus on growing a culture of Titus 2 style ministry among the women at church with the Bible at its centre. She comments that, to achieve this, the job description of female staff workers is key and observes that if their primary role is seen as being the one that women go to with their problems or as the staff member organising/running programs, this focus will get obscured. She has a vision of women growing in confidence in getting alongside each other and that their study of the Bible together equips them to serve the whole church.
