Overview of the Role:
- Focus: Kids Ministry
- Load: Part time – 2-3 days per week negotiable (and potentially up to 4-5 days a week if additional responsibilities are added, depending on giftedness, capacity, experience and needs of the church).
- We’re seeking a godly and gifted leader to oversee our Kids Ministries
- Our desire is to see the next generation meeting Jesus, growing to Maturity, serving in Ministry, living on Mission, and connecting as Members in our local church.
- The Kids Pastor will take responsibility for shaping our strategy, training leaders and teams of volunteers to reach as many of the 1600 primary school students and their families in our region with the gospel as possible.
